CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using a soft touch no greater the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system via enhanced circulation of cerebrospinal fluid.
Craniosacral therapists use the therapy to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ syndrome, and for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy is a gentle, holistic method of treatment that conceives of illness as arising from the imbalance or blocking of energy.
The bodywork involves many techniques derived from Osteopathy, Reflexology, Chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda.
It is compatible with many other forms of bodywork, but seems to blend especially well with CranioSacral therapy. The experience is often deeply relaxing and may also lead to emotional releases such as tears or laughter.

Reiki (Usui/Shamballa)
Reiki (Usui/Shamballa) is an energy technique originally discovered and developed in Japan by a physician named Dr. Usui in the late 19th century.
The Shamballa system of Multi-Dimensional Healing/Reiki, Shamballa for short, was given to a master teacher Hari Das Melchizedek in 1998. Shamballa is at a higher vibrational level than the original Usui Reiki.
The purpose of Reiki is to enable the flow of the universal energy to promote healing. When used in conjunction with other manual therapies, it enhances their efficacy.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an energetic therapy stimulating the 7,000 nerve endings in the feet, which interconnect to all parts of the body, including the internal organs.
The physical work on the feet promotes relaxation and reduces stress, which is the primary factor underlying 70% of doctor's office visits.
Reflexology also promotes circulation, and releases toxins, promoting homeostasis, which is the state of physiological balance.
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT)
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a method developed by Bruno Chikly, MD, of France.
The therapist works with flat hands, using all the fingers to enhance gentle, specific wave-like movements of lymph that exist in the healthy body. These subtle manual maneuvers promote lymph and interstitial fluid circulation as well as stimulating the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.
Lymph Drainage Therapy can result in a reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia, detoxification of the body, and deep relaxation to reduce stress, which can lead to sleep and memory problems and loss of vitality.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release works on the fascia which is the connective tissue that covers muscles and all organs of the body.
The release of myofascial restrictions in one area may have profound impact over large areas of the body. This work is done with the goal of eliminating pain, increasing range of motion, and balancing the body.
The light manipulation of the fascia allows the connective tissue fibers to reorganize themselves in a more flexible, functional fashion.
